Proposed Ordinance and Regulatory Revisions

These public review documents have been formatted with the style and numbering used in the City of Chattanooga.  Before final adoption by the various legislative bodies, these documents will be reformatted and numbered consistent with the requirements of each adopting legislative body within Hamilton County, Tennessee, and will ultimately be incorporated into the Hamilton County portion of the Tennessee State Implementation Plan for achieving and maintaining ambient air quality standards.
